We are delighted you are here and extend a warm welcome to our first time visitors, and “welcome back” to our returning guests.

This is an opportunity to lease 1/2 acre to 1 acre tracts of farmland. Lease a quiet place to keep your R/V where you can grow your own organic (non- poisonous) food. You can live there part time, full time, or whenever you want to have privacy in the country. Located on a quiet paved county road in the countryside.

You can have the peace of mind that you can grow clean pesticide and herbicide free food as use of these are prohibited.

For your protection, no pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, chemicals or poisons of any kind are allowed to be used on these properties.

We have safe alternative ways to address all of the issues you may have with insects and pests of any kind. We will be more than happy to share those ways with you.

Worm castings are the perfect natural growing additive to use in place of harmful chemical fertilizers and they produce amazing results.
We have a source where we get our organic worm castings and they also have organic compost.

Small Greenhouse

The camp organizer is available for any questions that you may have about growing clean natural food. He built a 3000 square foot greenhouse and began to learn the intricacies of closed environment growing so he has hands-on experience.

He has experience in safer, cleaner, food production. He knows how to grow without using harmful chemicals. The food is grown without the use of pesticides and herbicides and harmful chemical fertilizers. In today's world we all need a source of cleaner, healthier food.

You can set up drip irrigation, and automated watering systems to water your plants if you have to be away for a period of time.

Small Storage Building

Have your own storage building to house all of your tools, lawnmower, etc.

Storage Buildings can be put on your mini-farm as long as they are movable. Permanent, site built structures are not allowed. This makes it easier if you needed more space in the future. There are no restrictions on design or sizes as long as the building is movable.

If you have a storage building and do not want a separate greenhouse there are greenhouses that you can purchase and attach to the side of your storage building. It can be your greenhouse or it can serve as an area where you start all of your plants/seedlings that you want for your main greenhouse.

Tiny Homes, Campers & RVs

Park your tiny home, camper trailer or RV for short periods or for an extended amount of time. You have many options since you are leasing your mini-farm.

Sites are restricted to Tiny Homes, Campers and Recreational Vehicles. No other forms of camping are permitted.
All structures on the mini-farms must be movable in the event that occupants choose to vacate their farm.
This includes vehicles and any other objects that may become non-functional. Any exceptions of these conditions would have to be considered on an as needed basis.

Biography of the Organic Camping Organizer

I have enjoyed farming since my childhood!

I was the vice-president of our FFA (Future Farmers of America) branch when I was a freshman in high school.
I graduated college with a B. S. Degree in Business Administration.

After several years in the construction field, I became a state licensed General Contractor. But, I continued to enjoy agriculture!

I built a 3000 square foot greenhouse and began to learn the intricacies of closed environment growing. I have experience in safer, cleaner, food production... meaning using no pesticides or herbicides and knowing how to grow without harmful chemicals.

Also, I use drip irrigation, automated watering systems, and efficient resources that contribute to clean, healthy food production.

Benefits of Worm Castings

Earthworms are some of the cleanest, most helpful creatures in the world! Their excreta (waste) is formed in tiny, ball-shaped, black pellets called castings. Worm humus (manure) is the end-product of the breakdown of organic matter by earthworms, also known as vermicasting.

Earthworm castings are odor-free. No chemicals, perfumes, or scents are added, nor removed. Castings can be used directly from the bag on all plants, indoor/outdoor, house/garden. With them you can grow pesticide-free food. Castings are non-toxic and safe for exposure to children and pets. They will not burn plants in any concentration.
